When I reported for my first two visits at ProActive, I didn't know what to expect. I knew nothing about the realities of physical therapy. By my third visit, I felt comfortable with the situation and found the environment to be very professional, pleasant and accommodating.

Now that I have become a "frequent flyer," the atmosphere reminds me of thew "Cheers" TV theme song: "Where everybody knows your name, and they're always gladd you came..."

The Proactive experience is truly patient focused. The individual attention I was given helped me understand how to cooperate in healing my injured shoulder. Everyone is warm and encouraging - I have used ProActive each time I required physical therapy and I have always had satisfactory results.

All of the therapists worked hard to help me feel better and I always had fun talking to them as they worked on my knee. Thank you for making me feel the best I have!

ProActive is the place to go for Physical Therapy. I worked with Nick who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I learned how to do great exercises that I can continue at home. He taught me about posture, showed me the proper stretches for my type of strain and really helped strengthen my back, neck and shoulder muscles. The front staff is courteous and flexible as well. Physical Therapy is not fun, but ProActive made it all ok!! Highly Recommend!

You and the staff did a wonderful job on my shoulder. The pain is far less and the flexibility has increased greatly, though not quite yet 100%... the ladies in the front office were always wonderful!

These folks did a great job rehabbing my knee injury. Very easy to schedule and convenient. Torn MCL and went from crutches to mostly normal activities in about 5 weeks.
